Orders
Most orders are normally completed within 3 business days. AAIME is not open on weekends and Federal holidays.

If your order will take longer than 3 business days to complete due to complexity, it will be discussed before you make payment.

If your order must be completed in less than 3 business days, a RUSH charge may be added. (See Rush Orders section below.)

PAYMENT
YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR ORDER IN-FULL WHEN YOU PLACE IT, UNLESS WE CAN'T TELL YOU EXACTLY HOW MUCH YOUR ORDER WILL COST DUE TO COMPLEXITY.

IF WE CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOUR ORDER WILL COST, THEN IN ORDER TO START WORK, YOU MUST PAY A MINIMUM $300 DEPOSIT AT TIME OF ORDER.

WE WILL BEGIN WORK (WHICH MAY MEAN YOU SENDING US ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, ETC.) AND GIVE YOU A WRITTEN  ESTIMATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Call our Hotline with your order at 312-300-7489.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. A 4% convenience fee will be added.

Orders paid by credit/debit card and money order are released immediately upon completion. Check orders are released after check clearance.

RUSH ORDERS
Less than 3 business days order fulfillment is a RUSH Order. RUSH Orders break down into three categories: Single RUSH, Double RUSH and Triple RUSH.

Single RUSH is 2 business days turn-around.
Double RUSH is 1 business day turn-around.
Triple RUSH is Same Day service. Each Rush costs $37.50 or 25% of the order, whichever is greater.
